After extensive review of a wide array of potential electronic prescription partners, ZipChart has chosen to fully integrate H2H's Digital Rx with its' ZipChart EMR system, which provides its physician clients with comprehensive electronic medical records.

Digital Rx will provide ZipChart clients with access to cutting-edge services that include integration with SureScripts for real-time determination of prescription drug benefits, access to formularies covering over 200,000,000 privately insured patients as well as access to patients' medication histories regardless of where their prescriptions were issued. In addition, Digital Rx affords physicians the ability to send their electronically prepared prescriptions to any major retail drug chain, as well as to the ever increasing list of independent pharmacies that accept e-Prescriptions, with just a tap of a stylus on the tablet PC, or a click of the mouse. ZipChart EMR with Digital Rx e-prescribing provides physicians with decision support notification pertaining to potentially negative drug-drug, drug-food, or drug-allergy warnings that could affect their patients. The ZipChart EMR system will deliver legible electronic prescriptions to pharmacists, thereby eliminating complications that arise from illegible handwriting. ZipChart and H2H have closely integrated Digital Rx into the ZipChart EMR to insure that data from the EMR system is passed seamlessly between the two platforms.
