ZipChart® - Features

Customized Forms

ZipChart utilizes the forms that are currently used in your office, digitizes them and makes them available for use electronically. These forms can be written on using either the Tablet PC stylus or typed on at a workstation.

Customized forms can be created from any forms that are already used in your office (growth charts, vitals, cath reports, etc.).

When you use these forms, many fields are automatically populated (i.e. name, DOB, and date of service).

The major benefit of these dynamic forms is physician productivity. In many instances, a complete office note can (with two clicks) be generated automatically, approved and signed digitally by the provider, and faxed automatically to the referring physician.
