Searchable Billing and Diagnostic Codes

ZipChart EMR system has a complete, current data base of both ICD-9* diagnostic and CPT* codes and modifiers. Both of these databases are completley searchable with a portion of a description.
For example, if you were looking for the ICD 9 code for hypercarotinemia 278.3, you would simply enter "hyper" in the search box, and all the hyper ICD 9 codes would be displayed. You can also request that only billable codes be displayed. When searching for a CPT code, enter part of the description for your procedure, and a list of items will be displayed along with the latest Medicare conversion factor for facility and non-facility rates which are corrected for your geographic area.
